Daywise Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Dehradun Arrival & Stay
Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point forChardham Yatra.
Our representatives will pick up from the Dehradun airport. After relaxing andrefreshment in the Hotel. In the evening Our Crew will give you briefing on Helicopter and details about the schedule. Duffle bags will be provided to you Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

Day 02: Dehradun To Yamunotri Dham By Helicopter:
The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun SahatradharaHelipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad (for Yamunotri Temple). Travel from Kharsalihelipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. After darshan we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.

Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (each side) by riding on a ponyor by palki.
Day 03: Visit To Gangotri Dham:
After breakfast, the Group shall be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotri ji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit ji is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beautyof the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali /Harsil.

Day 04: Visit To Kedarnath Ji:
Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to Sersi Helipad. Then weagain fly/continue to Kedarnath from our own same Helipad. The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. The Pandit ji willaccompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visit ancient Triyuginarayan or Kalimath/ Vishwanath Mandir & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of the river Mandakini.

Day 05: Visit To Badrinath Ji:
The group is headed towards the Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji shrine. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to thehotel. After Lunch, Passenger can see Aarti at own in temple Later enjoy dinner andovernight stay at Badrinath.

Day 06: Departure From Badrinath To Dehradun:
After the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, NandaPrayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad.

Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight inthe Helicopter.

Chardhamhelicopters.com – Kedaryatra.in PVT LTD travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.

Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.

There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.

Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.

In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized partof the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.

In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject toAvailability of Seats.

Cancelation & Refund

If the booking is cancelled before 30 Days 75% of the amount will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Later on No Refund Will be entertained.

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.

In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.

Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.

All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be ontheir expense.

Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.

The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.

The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control.

The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay OrTravelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.

The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in the Itinerary Due ToNatural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.
